Per-item fees that reward scale
You only pay a small fee on each personalized item you actually sell. The more you sell, the less you pay per item.
You pay your print partner directly for production and shipping. Composerie's fee is only for the personalization platform.
The fine print, in plain words
What does “per platform” mean?
For V1, Composerie runs on Shopify. The Shopify subscription covers one Shopify store/install under Shopify App Billing.
How does Shopify billing work?
Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify App Billing. The V1 model is a subscription plus usage-based per-item fees for personalized items.
What counts as a personalized item?
A per-item fee applies once per unique personalized line item you sell, not per view, not per design edit. If a customer buys two personalized totes, that's two items.
When are exact pilot terms confirmed?
Before the first production install. We confirm the subscription, trial, and usage terms in Shopify so the merchant approval screen matches the pilot agreement.
Do I pay Composerie for printing?
No. You pay your print partner (Printify, MerchOne, Printful, etc.) directly for production and shipping. Composerie's fee is only for the personalization platform.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again.
